Gentle Yoga Thursdays 10-11am

In my Gentle Yoga classes, I focus on a slower-paced practice that is perfect for those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation.

These classes are ideal for those that wish to take up yoga to release aches and pains & bring more mobility and strength whilst connecting with our breath to ease the nervous system and bring us back into balance & harmony with ourselves and mother nature.

If the weather to shining on us we will take the class up to Alexandra Park which is a joy, practicing yoga with the elements of Mother Nature surrounding us and energising us.

The classes finishes with a little drink and chat in the local Bear Pub where we come together to swap stories and grow new friendships

Using singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments, I create an immersive environment tailored to restore your inner balance and calm the mind. Sound Healing can complement any yoga practice and offers a powerful tool for enhancing well-being, ultimately leading to profound relaxation and restorative experiences.
